My thoughts and prayers are with Vince's family at this sad time. Vince's work made a huge difference to the national defense of this country and he was a true pioneer in space. I worked for him for a few years at NRL back in the late 80's and he was a great boss - incredible knowledge about space payloads and a nice person to work for! I will miss him...
