Condolence: Hello family,

My dad said so many great things about his partner in crime at NRL, Vince many times. My dad went to heaven in February 2009 and now they are rejoicing with the lord with Ed Bech. I miss my dad (Bruce) every day but being a believer he is rejoicing in heaven with his friends and that comforts me. Out thoughts and prayers to your family as your heal from your loss. Condolence: My thoughts and prayers are with Vince's family at this sad time. Vince's work made a huge difference to the national defense of this country and he was a true pioneer in space. I worked for him for a few years at NRL back in the late 80's and he was a great boss - incredible knowledge about space payloads and a nice person to work for! I will miss him...

Condolence: As a younger engineer working with Vince, I can say that Vince always took the time to help his colleagues. He had a wealth of information and shared it readily. He always knew what worked, what didn't - and what ought to. If you said something he didn't fully agree with, he would very politely reply "..now wait a while..." and then explain some details you needed to understand. Truly a memorable contributor to NRL's history and he will always be in our thoughts.

Condolence: Our condolences to Sue and the entire Rose family. Vince was a wonderful man. My memories of Vince and Sue's wedding are an important part of my childhood. My wife and I were so pleased and honored to take part in Vince and Sue's anniversary. So glad we spent some recent time together. We will miss Vince very much! Robbie and Joyce

Condolence: I am very saddened to hear of Vince's passing. He was so kind and gentle as a person and as my boss. I enjoyed the years I worked with him at NRL. He spoke so lovingly of his wife Sue, and his children. I know he will be truly missed. God bless.
