Mary Scheller, 92, passed away on Saturday, June 5th, 2021 at The Westerly Hospital. She was born in Providence, Rhode Island to William & Florence (Hurler) McCaffrey.

She graduated from Rhode Island Hospital School of Nursing and worked at the Westerly Hospital and Norwich State Hospital where she retired from.

Mary is survived by her children: Michael (Lori) and their children Kristi (Jonathan) Ferraro, Michael Jr., and Danny; Donna Anderson and her children, Eugene A. Anderson IV (Melissa) and Elizabeth (John) Varas; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband Harvey; two sons, Harvey William Scheller and David Joseph Scheller; a son-in-law, Eugene A Anderson III; and brothers, George McCaffrey and Willet Card.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Thomas More Church, 87 Mystic Rd., North Stonington, on Wednesday at 10a.m. Burial will follow at St Michael's Cemetery, Pawcatuck.
