Obituary for Wayne Ronald Thomas
Wayne R. Thomas, 71, beloved husband of Elizabeth M. (Curioso) Thomas, of Tuscon Arizona, passed away on December 28, 2017.
Born in Brockton, Mass., he was the son of the late Eugene and Winifred Thomas.
Wayne worked as an Electrical Engineer for General Electric for many years until his retirement. He enjoyed playing sports of all kinds and was in particular a fan of the Patriots and Red Sox.
In addition to his wife, he leaves his three children, James Thomas, Matthew Thomas and wife Heather and Amy Morin and husband Matthew; three step-children, Matthew Ceradini and wife Barbara, Justin Ceradini and wife Tiffany and Lauren Ceradini; as well as grandchildren, Tabitha (Jesse) Baran, Luke Thomas, Allison and Jennifer Morin; step-grandchildren, Sophia and Olivia Ceradini, Laine Ceradini, Marcus Ceradini and Gemma Ceradini Johnson; and great granddaughters, Addilyn and Paislee Baran.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service on Friday at 12 noon at Gaffney-Dolan Funeral Home, 59 Spruce St., Westerly, RI. Burial at River Bend Cemetery, Westerly will follow. For online condolences please visit www.gaffneydolanfuneralhome.com
